Alec is a  self-motivated strategic leader and change agent with extensive knowledge of housing maintenance and improvements, project management and operational delivery at scale. With over 40 years’ accumulated management experience in the social housing sector, construction, and development.

A passion for sustainability and retrofit and driving continuous improvement from asset management through to operational delivery and excellent customer service.

Alec has operated at Director and Board level with a strong focus on governance, compliance, risk management, corporate strategy and leading through innovation.

He has a diverse range of knowledge and experience across a wide range of portfolios covering operational delivery, health and safety compliance, asset management, facilities management and procurement.
