Alan is a chartered quantity surveyor with senior position experience at both client side and contracting organisations.
He provides commercially-based services including procurement services and cost models; tender analysis; in-house contractor/CSV services, financial modelling and interim support; open book reviews; value for money exercises; and claim evaluation and contract advice. Outside work, Alan is a rugby, Land Rover and classic car enthusiast.
