Keith Edwards brings over 34 years of expertise in housing development, having delivered several thousand mixed tenure homes across five Housing Associations.
Most recently serving as Head of Delivery for eight years, Keith successfully led numerous complex projects including land-led developments, Joint Ventures, and s106 schemes. His strategic leadership has driven significant step changes in programme delivery, securing major increases in investment and housing output while maintaining a commercial, risk-aware approach responsive to market conditions.
Keith’s career is marked by notable achievements including progressing opportunities within the Progress Investment Partnership (PIP), a 50/50 LLP between bpha and Hill Partnerships, and expanding the Aldwyck Arc Partnership to provide development services for five Registered Providers. His competitive edge secured 750 affordable units at Bedford’s HCA strategic site, while his innovative approach earned Housing Forum Demonstration Project status for The Paragon Partnership and a UK Housing Award for the Renaissance Project—the UK’s first development for residents with HIV and dementia. With extensive stakeholder and partner networks, Keith excels at sourcing new opportunities and delivering solutions to complex housing challenges.
