Danny Trueman – Data and Insights Manager
Danny leads DART, bringing 23 years of expertise to client-led solution planning. He specialises in Power BI development, stock grading, and EPC/SAP analytics specifically for social housing assets and compliance. His core skills involve translating complex asset data into clear, evidence-led decisions that optimise capital programmes and repairs. Beyond his technical proficiency in dashboard building, Danny offers bespoke expertise in system configuration and process automation to help clients meet decarbonisation targets and manage investment risks.

Seth Wheeler – Senior Data Analyst
Seth manages the end-to-end data analysis process, focusing on the cleansing, processing, and visual modelling of complex datasets. Primarily utilising Power BI, he delivers accurate insights through structured visualization and interactive dashboards. His role is heavily client-focused, encompassing requirements gathering, liaison, and training to ensure users can confidently navigate their data. Seth has a proven track record in delivering ARK’s ASAP stock grading tool, repairs benchmarking, and bespoke mapping projects tailored to specific operational reviews.

Evelina Jegorkina – Senior Data Analyst
Evelina joined the team in 2025 with nearly a decade of experience in data analytics and compliance reporting within the local government property sector. She is highly proficient in advanced data modeling and Power BI development, specialising in EPC data analysis and Decent Homes Standard reporting. Her recent work includes developing products within the ASAP model to ensure regulatory readiness for Awaab’s Law. Evelina excels at transforming large datasets into impactful visualisations that drive operational efficiency and improve overall housing quality.

Callum Murray – Data Analyst
Callum focuses on making complex housing datasets useful for strategic decision-making across stock condition, finance, and compliance. His role involves the entire data lifecycle, from initial processing to producing high-level reports and visuals.
