Manage Your Energy, Not Your Time

DATE: 24th February 2022

TIME: 11:00 to 13:00

LOCATION: Online via Zoom

INTRODUCTION

Are you feeling exhausted? Does it feel like you are crashing into Christmas? Will it change in the new year?

In August, an article published in People Management highlighted that ‘more than half of Brits worked longer hours when working from home than before the pandemic’. The survey of 8,301 UK professionals and employers conducted by Hays found that 52 per cent reported working longer hours when working remotely than before Covid.

Energy, not time management, is the currency of wellbeing and performance.

How can I manage my energy levels, so I’m not so exhausted? Why do I have the afternoon dip? How can I feel more in control of my emotions? I want to have more energy left to be with my family? Why do I feel so apathetic? We’ll answer these questions and more in this masterclass.

Performance, health & happiness are grounded in the skilful management of energy.

TESTIMONIALS

“In order to support our wellbeing agenda, we wanted to help shift mindsets and behaviours so that our employees value rest and renewal as critical components of sustainable high-performance (not time management). Anthony created and delivered this webinar with the objectives of; understanding more about the four sources of energy, how to work with rather than against your biology and how to adopt resilient behaviours grounded in energy renewal behaviours. Feedback was exceptional on both the design and Anthony’s delivery whose knowledge, passion and ability to inspire delegates as well as help them create practical action plans shone through. People now regularly refer to energy management habits and it’s built into our literature and training to help support the shift required.”
