Louise Harris is a qualified Executive Coach, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Housing qualified. Louise has led and managed teams within various sectors including housing, education and human resources. Louise has successfully led and managed large change programmes including business transformation and culture change to improve organisational performance.
