Coaching is an essential skill in leadership and management. Coaching can increase team’s commitment and performance, driving positive behavioural change to create a culture of problem solving and creativity.

- When is a coaching style an appropriate style?
- The role that coaching plays in effective leadership
- Relevant coaching skills including how to ask questions and actively listen
- Practical coaching experience
- How to integrate coaching into everyday management through coaching conversations
Who is this for?
This training is designed for supervisors, team leaders and managers who want to empower their staff to develop and achieve excellent performance, or aspiring managers as part of their wider skills development.
Trainer: Louise Harris
Louise Harris is a qualified Coach and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified. Louise has led and managed teams within various sectors including housing, education and human resources. Utilising coaching skills has enabled Louise to successfully managed large business transformation and culture change programmes improving organisational performance through enabling individual team members to grow and achieve.
