We believe that 2016 will be the year the sector reinvents itself – with greater collaboration, commerciality, innovation and resilience – which is why we have partnered with Service Matters to support the CIH in delivering an awards evening that showcases all that is great in the Midlands and create a memorable experience for each and every guest.
