We are actively seeking to work with Social housing associates in Scotland.

We are actively seeking passionate and qualified Associates to join our dynamic team. If you are based in Scotland and are an expert in housing management, asset management, retrofit coordination and building safety, we want to hear from you.

We are supporting our clients to transform their operations to ensure safe, warm, efficient homes for tenants. Our work includes supporting change in DLOs and asset management teams, building new approaches to combine organisational culture and tenant engagement, supporting governing bodies to understand regulatory requirements and policy and strategy reviews.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years in the Scottish social housing sector
• Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading teams
• Project Management: Proficiency in overseeing multiple projects, setting targets, managing risks, and controlling budgets
• Assessments and Reporting: Strong background in carrying out reviews assessments and writing detailed reports
• Client Interaction: Ability to ensure the delivery of project outcomes by building positive client relationships.
• Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of the Scottish housing regulatory framework.
• Legal Acumen: Working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
