We are delighted to be an associate of the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA). Our partnership with SFHA reflects our commitment to driving positive change and innovation in social housing as a trusted provider of expert advice and support.

SFHA Associates are able to promote their products and services while helping SFHA thrive through membership and engagement opportunities. With over 140 associates representing industries such as legal, financial, care, procurement, insurance, consultancy, energy, IT, and construction, this network fosters collaboration and knowledge-sharing to strengthen social housing in Scotland.

At ARK, we are committed to supporting housing associations and co-operatives across Scotland. Our work across the country has helped organisations improve efficiencies, enhance asset management, and deliver customer-focused services that meet the needs of Scottish communities. We understand the unique challenges and opportunities within Scotland’s housing sector and are dedicated to driving innovation and sustainability.

Assistant Director, Kirsty Wells, will be speaking at the SFHA People and Culture Conference on 25th March 2025. Kirsty will be leading a breakout session on Self Development – Developing Your Skills, where she will explore how individuals can take charge of their own career and personal development. The session will highlight opportunities for skills growth, the benefits of developing a strong mindset, and the importance of actively steering one’s professional journey.
