Independent Expertise: ARK’s Role in Living Roof Projects Review

We are delighted to have been recently mentioned in Inside Housing for our involvement in a significant review on Living Roof projects.

The review concerned  management of green ‘living roofs’ maintenance issues at a scheme in Swanage. Following an ombudsman judgement, ARK was brought in to conduct an in-depth, independent review of the approach to these innovative but complex roof systems and to identify areas for improvement.
