Housing Sector CEO Joins Leading Consultancy as Associate Director

By Helen Scurr · 9 September 2025

We are excited to announce a senior figure in the social housing sector has joined their consultancy team. Leann Hearne will bring her vast range of experience to client work as an Associate Director.

Leann’s appointment provides our clients with the opportunity to work with someone who has exceptional skills and sector knowledge. She is a seasoned executive and values-led strategist with over two decades of experience transforming complex organisations across housing, care, manufacturing, and the charitable sector. As a former CEO and Executive Director, she has led national and international businesses through cultural renewal, governance reform, and operational turnaround — consistently delivering improved financial performance and stakeholder trust.

Leann now brings her expertise to consultancy, offering strategic advisory services in governance, transformation, leadership development, and stakeholder engagement. With a reputation for clarity, integrity, and results, she partners with organisations ready to evolve — and ensures they do so with purpose.

Leann said: “I’m delighted to be joining ARK Consultancy, a business I’ve known and respected for many years, at a time when the housing sector is facing many challenges and opportunities. I’m looking forward to being able to add value and support to a sector and a cause that matters to me.”

Helen Scurr, Executive Director at ARK, said: “We are thrilled that Leann is joining our team bringing with her a wealth of experience both in terms of sector knowledge and commercial acumen. Leann will be attending the Housing Community Summit in Liverpool with ARK colleagues, where we are happy to arrange meetings or a catch up and a coffee.”
