Homes England and GLA Audits
We are fast approaching auditing season, are you ready?
Every summer Homes England and the GLA (Greater London Authority) announce the timescales for their audit programmes. Last year organisations were notified in July with audits taking place throughout August and September.
If you need Development Scheme compliance auditors, the ARK Team is here to help. We have been accredited Homes England and GLA auditors since 2013 and we have a wealth of experience in delivering grant compliance audits. We regularly deliver compliance audits for clients such as The Guinness Partnership, Aster, Persimmon Homes, Legal & General Affordable Homes, Housing Plus and Midland Heart.
The ARK Team can also complete pre-audits, identifying areas of strength and weakness to enable you to prepare for your formal audit. If you think you need a pre-audit book it now before we run out of time!
Our services go beyond compliance audits. We also offer comprehensive service reviews, incorporating best practices from across the sector, benchmarking reviews, as well as development training and facilitated team building sessions. We take a holistic approach to help you maximise the outputs from your development schemes, ensuring they are on track and in alignment with sector standards.
When you choose ARK Consultancy for your compliance audit needs, you can trust our expertise and deep understanding of the regulatory landscape. Our team of skilled auditors brings extensive experience in the housing and development sector, and we are committed to providing thorough, accurate, and timely audits that add value to your organisation.
