ARK Consultancy Joins the NHF Partner Directory
We are pleased to announce that we are now part of the National Housing Federation (NHF) Partner Directory.
The NHF supports and represents housing providers across the sector, helping organisations respond to emerging challenges, share best practice and deliver better outcomes for residents. The NHF Partner Directory connects its members with trusted organisations that offer specialist expertise, products and services tailored to the needs of social housing.
Bringing specialist housing expertise to NHF members
For more than 30 years, we have worked alongside housing associations, local authorities and public sector organisations, helping them make informed decisions through consultancy, data and technology.
Our expertise spans asset management, business planning, stock condition data, compliance, sustainability and housing strategy. We understand the pressures facing housing providers today, from balancing investment priorities and maintaining compliance to planning for future sustainability requirements.
By joining the NHF Partner Directory, we hope to make it even easier for housing associations to access the insight, expertise and practical support they need to meet these challenges with confidence.
Exclusive offer for NHF members
To celebrate our inclusion in the NHF Partner Directory, we are offering a free one-hour diagnostic or support session to the first 10 NHF member organisations that contact us in 2026.
The session can focus on any area where your organisation would benefit from independent advice or support, including:
- Asset management and investment planning
- Stock condition data and data quality
- Compliance and regulatory requirements
- Sustainability and decarbonisation
- Data, benchmarking and performance insight
- Strategic planning and decision-making
Whether you have a specific challenge in mind or simply want an expert sounding board, our team will tailor the session to your requirements.
