Housing Efficiency Scorecard

With the support of government and a number of member groups the Housing Efficiency Scorecard has recently been launched and provides comparisons across 15 areas of housing businesses.

Whilst the scorecard is a welcome addition to the value for money debate and analysis, we still have concerns that there is insufficient attention being paid to the importance of actively managing assets and places. Building a granular understanding of the relationship between planned and responsive activity is crucial to business planning.

One of the best write ups summarising the scorecard is to be found on the Social Housing magazine website here.
