The event features a packed programme across the two days, and two of our team will feature in sessions on day 1 (Tuesday 4th) with Leon Storer speaking in the session: Breakout Campfire: Cutting the cost and meeting the ambitions of Net Zero at 11.20, and Kirsty Wells is taking part in Breakout Panel: Planning, development and delivering more affordable homes at 14.40.

Speakers
Kirsty Wells is an experienced housing professional with a career spanning 28 years. The last 25 of these have been with national membership organisations in Scotland and the UK; most recently she was the Director of Consultancy with Housemark.
Kirsty’s passion and expertise lies in housing policy and tenant and resident influence. Kirsty is the inaugural Chair of Women in Social Housing (WISH) in Scotland and previously served eight years as a CIH Scotland board member.
Leon Storer has more than 30 years experience across the social housing sector in key areas of partnership and collaborative working, namely strategic property asset management, decarbonisation, compliance, planned and reactive maintenance, contract procurement, risk management, major capital investment, regeneration and facilities management.
He is highly experienced in delivering transformational change to strategic business planning and performance with organisations utilising in-house maintenance teams, external supply chain partners or a combination of both.
