Kieran Colgan – Executive Director 

Kieran has worked in housing for more than 20 years, managing services including repairs and improvement, and private sector housing.

He spent almost 10 years at the Audit Commission and has particular expertise in asset management, strategy and good governance. Kieran is passionate about providing housing that helps residents build better lives
