HOMES UK is the largest free-to-attend conference and exhibition of its kind, bringing together thousands of housing sector professionals at ExCeL London. The event is designed to help housing and asset management, development and sustainability professionals find the solutions and connections they need to address the UK’s housing challenges.

We will be exhibiting at Pod 12 in the CHIC Pavilion.

Speakers

Helen Scurr will be speaking on the Warm and Healthy Homes stage on November 25th between 1:15pm – 2:00pm on the topic of “how to meaningfully include residents in retrofit”.

Meaningful resident engagement is essential to successful retrofit delivery. Poor communication leads to mistrust, disruption and failed outcomes. This session explores what good engagement looks like: early involvement, co-designed solutions and clear, two-way communication. The discussion will share practical methods for engaging residents with empathy and accountability at every stage of a retrofit project.
