We’re pleased to share that Kieran Colgan, Director at ARK Consultancy, will be speaking on Day 1 (26th March).
Kieran will lead Workshop 3 – “It’s All About the Asset! How Board Members Can Shape What & How Asset Management Services Are Delivered.” This session will focus on how boards can use their time more effectively to influence asset management strategies, ensuring scrutiny and oversight remain focused on the most critical priorities.

Speakers
Kieran has worked in housing for more than 20 years, managing services including repairs and improvement, and private sector housing.
He spent almost 10 years at the Audit Commission and has particular expertise in asset management, strategy and good governance. Kieran is passionate about providing housing that helps residents build better lives. Outside work, do not get in a car with him unless you are prepared to listen to music from the 1980s.
