ARK launches ASAP Second Generation

By John Fisher · 7 September 2020

We have launched our second-generation ASAP (ARK’s Strategic Asset Performance Model).

This follows a proven process to develop tailored stock performance models, that provide housing organisations with the information they need to make well informed decisions for the future of their stock.

Building on the success of the original ASAP model, ‘Gen 2’ is a dynamic, cloud based, solution providing information on stock performance from a quantitative and qualitative perspective, using data sets from the organisations own sources, market intelligence, customer and staff feedback to help truly understand stock performance.

John Fisher, ARK Director, said: “The Regulator of Social Housing requires boards to really understand their housing stock. Designed by our team of asset experts, using feedback from clients and the success of the original ASAP, Gen 2 has moved to a cloud based model. This allows easy user access, uses comprehensive data sets, has multiple dashboards with a powerful drill down facility to interrogate data and directly links to accurate mapping, all at unit and scheme levels.

“Organisations benefit from the hands on support from our team to develop their own model. This really helps strategic asset managers to understand true asset performance.”
