ARK launches ARK Academy

ARK Consultancy has launched the ARK Academy, a business stream dedicated to delivering high quality training and development solutions.

The ARK Academy will build upon ARK’s excellent reputation for providing innovative training incorporating the vast expertise of the team to deliver a range of open and bespoke programmes aimed to develop people, enhance individual and organisational performance and develop future leaders.

Utilising the skills and knowledge of ARK’s housing professionals the Academy will also deliver a range of workshops and seminars in asset and housing management disciplines, regeneration and communities, financial advisory services, governance and procurement.

Helen Scurr, ARK Director said, “I am delighted to launch the ARK Academy bringing together all of ARK’s expertise under one roof”.

“The challenges of the current political and economic climate impact on organisations and people, often increasing absence and stress related issues impacting on performance.

“Through the ARK Academy we will be delivering innovative training programmes to encourage staff wellbeing, drive high performance, and equip individuals to lead, motivate and contribute to enhanced business performance.
