Mental Health Champions

Date – 9th October 2019

Mental ill health is on the rise, at least one person in four in any one year will experience a mental health issue. It could be a close loved one, a wider family member, colleague or acquaintance.

Anyone can improve the quality of the conversations around mental health by attending the MH Champions one-day course it will help you build confidence about what to say and how to say it.
